Okay, I need to improve in documentation...any helps?

Hi all,

My documentation needs some improvement. Will you recommend a book/website that can help me improve in this area? My instructor says you improve with time, but I prefer improving in the next month.

Your instructor is right. Time will make you better. As a nursing student I just carried a notebook and documented everything along with the time, then when i am done with my patient I give report to the instructor.

when your in clinical read other nurses documentation, and then ask your instructor to critique it. youll learn the terminilology and then it will click. or start writing your head to toe in nurses note form, its really good practice
