I am a 44 year old CNA. been one on and off for 25 years.. The time is finally right in my life to go back to school and finish my RN... My job where I work does FULL tuition reimbursement for this. I love where I work and it would be no problem staying there for many many many years. I know alot of people go back to school at all ages. I just wanna hear some input on the ones that did go closer to 40 years of age and beyond :) Thanks all in advance.. Annd would a BSN really be worth it?

I'm 43 and I just graduated with my ASN last May. And when I get around to going back for my BSN, I'll be even older.
Sounds like it's te right time for you, so why not? Best of luck to you!
