OHSU 2018 Waitlist // Alternate List

Hello Everyone!

I thought I'd start a thread for those who applied to OHSU for the 2018 year and were placed on the alternate list. My hope is that we can semi- keep track of wait list movement on this forum.

I applied to the Ashland campus for the ABSN and the BSN programs. I was waitlisted as "highly likely" for the ABSN, and I have not heard from the BSN program yet.

Anyone else out there?

You are probably next on the list, don't give up hope!! Have you been accepted to any other programs? Is OHSU your top choice?

I only applied to two, PCC and OHSU. No go with PCC, and then wait listed at OHSU. Hope springs eternal! Until classes start there i'll keep up a positive attitude. At least I can stop refreshing my emails constantly since I know they'll be calling now.. :)

I know what you mean, I refreshed my email every 5 mins lol. They never sent me an email, just called. I know you are getting in this year, probably next on the list! :) the 3 people they called have until the 10th of July I think to respond so it may take a bit longer but you'll get a spot I'm sure.

I called for the Ashland campus on 7/9/18 and was told that the cohort is not full yet and that they've called some people...she couldn't say what category they moved in to yet.

After talking with family and friends, I have decided to decline my position with OHSU Portland and attend MHCC. I hope this opens up a spot for someone who knows OHSU is where they want to go ❤️

I just called the Ashland campus today (7/25/18) and the cohort is now full.
