OHSU/PCC/ BSN 3 year and 2 year programs.

Hey everyone! Haven’t seen any threads for 2 year community college programs and OHSU’s 3 year program for the fall 2020 start in the Portland area yet.

Hoping this can be a place we all can speak about the process of applying.

Have you heard anything from the Portland campus yet? I can't imagine they will wait too much longer!! I'm still waiting to hear about Ashland...

Hi all - I am also in the nail biting stage of this application cycle! I applied to the ABSN Portland and was waitlisted. I am hoping I can do better with the 3-year program (also Portland).

Hi all!

I applied to the 3 year program at OHSU and am waiting for a response on the interviews. I have completed a bachelor's in science and spent my years after college caretaking for my father who has early onset dementia. I also spent that time as a respite caregiver for a person with special needs.

I am waiting to hear back regarding interviews... I emailed an admissions counselor who said they were planning to get the interview invitations out by email this week. Has anyone heard anything about this?

WOW!, when did you talk to them? I heard that awhile ago it was supposed to be around yesterday, but not sure if the pandemic is making everything a bit delayed.

I talked to someone on Monday, hoping they get out tonight!! I have to stop staring at my email!!

Aw. That's really disappointing. There's no way it's coming out after 5. When I've gotten emails from them about interviews it's been in the morning or right before lunch, like they set it up to double check in the morning and then send them out.

I’ve read on the other forms of Portland sending them out at like 8pm

yeah I read one about them being sent out at 6 too. given that no one has posted about getting an invitation I am trying to stay positive and think that they haven't gone out yet..

Yeah the chances of one of us getting in is high so I expect they just haven’t sent them out.
