OHSU BSN Fall 2018

Hi! I recently applied to the 2018-2019 BSN program at OHSU, specifically the Monmouth campus. I keep looking to see if anyone has started a thread for this upcoming year and haven't found one. I'd love to connect with other applicants and keep each other updated on our processes.

Eeek! That isn't comforting. I hope that has changed as well!! I would at least like to get an interview. I also applied to two other schools. I have to take the Kaplan for Chemeketa on the 29th. I would be happy to be accepted to any of the three I applied for. I have extra consideration points due to my experience and getting an A in Chemistry. I am hoping those cancel out the prerequisites in progress thing. I have had knots in my stomach for the last couple of weeks waiting for that email. I am thinking we'll get it this week. If I don't get in, I suppose it isn't the end of the world. I have a great medical job in the mean time. But I would sure love to start working on becoming a nurse sooner rather than later! I hope to get in this year as well! I applied to 5 schools including OHSU. I have al my prerequisites done and a 3.84 gpa. All As in science classes. Fingers crossed for all of us

So I called Monmouth and was told that they are actually still reviewing applications and he's unsure when the email will go out. He was going to try to find some more specific information for me and will call me back this afternoon. I'm getting so restless and nervous to find out!

Ahh! I don't think I can wait any longer..!Well then it's probably even worse for the Portland Campus! They have more applications to review..

I am also taking the Kaplan for Chemeketa but on the 28th! I am nervous and trying to review as much physiology as possible. How do you feel about the test @amsugar?

Hey guys! I'm really interested to find out what is going on as well. I applied to the Monmouth campus and it is my first year applying. I get a little discouraged since most people don't get in their first time it seems. I have my Kaplan test at chemeketa on the 28th as well. Good luck to everyone !!
