The U.S. Postal Service issued a stamp

honoring the one hundredth anniversary of the

first flight by the Wright Brothers.

The first man in powered flight was from Ohio.

The first man ever to orbit Earth was from

Ohio.

And the first man on the moon was from Ohio.

It sounds to me like a lot of people are

trying to get out of Ohio!

I learned many years ago to pursue the think you like to do best, because that is where your talent lies, and what you will do the best at. For instance: When I was a child, I loved to drive. Never even giving a thought about being a school bus driver, I said I wanted to be a cab driver when I grew up. When I was 38, I became a schoolbus driver, and loved it. I worked as one for 15 years.

I also have been ill most of my life, and was cared for by many people. Ambulance corps attendants, nursis aides, nurses, and paramedics. I have always been fascinated with how perfectly our body's organs are pre programmed to work harmoniously with one another, with interdependence via all 10 body systems in order to reach homeostasis. I became an EMT, and leader of our ambulance corps for as many years as I was a xchool bus driver. Then always wanting to learn more about what to do with what I loved most, I became a CPR instructor, and a first aid instructor, and an assistant with the EMT instructor in clinical procedures.

I moved to PA in 1996, and fulfilled my lifelong dream and love of becoming a nurse. I received a full scholarship, and became an LPN. And now, I am disabled, but I have lived a very fulfilling life, and have done all that I loved to do.
