Ohio Nursing Renewal After Lapse (LPN)

Since I passed my NCLEX last year, I have not been able to get a job and I let my license lapse in August. A little less than a month later I tried to get the renewal process done online through the Ohio Board of Nursing but it says I don't have a license to renew. I can't find any info anywhere on how to renew my license or where to even start. I can't seem to get through to the board to ask them and they won't return my calls. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I looked on my renewal notice and it says if you let your license lapse it has to be reinstated. To find the forms to send in, follow this link http://www.nursing.ohio.gov/forms.htm#RenewalForms then print the two forms under "Restoration of Nursing license." It looks like once you send these to the Board, they will send reinstatement information/forms to you. Hope this helps.
