thanks! I appreciate your kind words! Keep goin strong! I read a GREAT quote: "nothing tastes as good as thin feels" Or we could substitue thin for healthy!

What aree your favorite "low count" snacks?

I have lost 8, with another 5 to go! Problem is, DH is on vacation this week, so we're taking day trips and eating out . . . the meals are not the problem, I can order low points entrees . . . it's the margaritas! :rotfl: Anybody know how many points are in one of those? Seriously, I'll be happy if I maintain this week!

Today has been a good day as far as food goes...i dunno about the rest of it. Lol. What are some of yalls favorite low point snacks? I like grapes, the nabisco 100 calorie packs (2), reduced fat ritz crackers w/ laughing cow cheese, and I love snackwell's cookies. Also, if you are missing REAL macaroni and cheese..try the Slim Fast version...it's like easy mac...surprisingly good. More later yall! Hope your day is goin good!

Hey guys!! A great idea! I joined WW back in January, and so far I've lost 35 pounds. I have to lose 70 more to reach my goal of 164 pounds, so I thank the gods that I'm very tall! lol

My favorite low-point snack is those single-serving bags of popcorn! A whole mini-bag is 1 point, and it tastes GOOD! I also like pretzels, apples, grapes, and bananas.

My exercise program is walking my dog every morning for 30 minutes, and circuit training at the Coast Guard base (hubby is enlisted) 3 times a week, and doing karate 3 times per week...Gee, you'd think I'd be buff, huh?

I am 'bad' every Friday, as my DH and I go out for yogurt with ALL the trimmings from TCBY, but I am an ice cream addict and cutting it down to once a week is saying something BIG for me! :coollook:

I joined because my father was diagnosed in January with diabetes, and my mother with hypertension (even though she was only 30 pounds overweight, but she's very short! lol)...Since their diagnoses, they've turned their lives around basically...my father lost 80 pounds and is in GREAT shape, and my mother lost 40 pounds! My sister also joined WW but she already reached her goal of losing 40 pounds...I have a LONG way to go but I know I can do it because WW is a great life tool...it's not just a diet, it is a complete lifestyle change, and it's something I can stick with for life since I'm not depriving myself of anything!

Keep up the good work guys!!

We could also report our weigh ins here too...I'll add mine...Today is my weigh-in day and I am sorry to say I gained a pound this week, but I think it's due to the fact that I ate lunch about 2 hours before weigh-in, which I don't normally do...But there's always next Wednesday!! :)

I am a lifetime member that lost 30 lbs, and kept it off for 2 years...until I started nursing school last Jan. It came back on so fast I hardly knew what happened. :crying2: We're off for the summer, so I re-joined WW's determined to make the summer count, but have not been too successful so far. We seem to always have company in FL, and have been away on vacation, and to me that means eating out. We're in WI on vacation now, and it's so darned hard when you're not home planning daily points and packing healthy lunches. There are only a few weeks left before fall semester starts. I hope I am able to get it together, and go back to school with a little headstart.
