Office nursing policies,procedures,standards

Hi. I hope some one can help. I have rrecently become nursing care manager in a multi physician pediatric office. Moral is low and there was not a lot of effective managing. I was shocked to find no policies, procedures, etc. I am trying to locate any resources available. The Association of Ofice Nurses had a standards/policy manual, but # weeks after I sent in my dues they disbanded. GRRRRRR. Any help from anyone will be apprecaited.:)

Thanks for the info. The site looks good. If anyone knows of any resources specific for office nursing I would be truly apreciative :-)
