Offered a job must deceided

Hello everyone,

Recently I was offered a job at a place I have previously worked. I am told of and have seen changes that have been made to the place and the job that was offered. Originally I did this job and got totally stressed out, because of all the work, but now the same job has been broken down into 3 different jobs. I can have any of the jobs I want. I can work as the coordinator or the clinic nurse both were offered of course the coordinator pays more. I am not sure what that is yet, I was told to apply for the job if I am interested then they willl talk money. I did last night, now I am wondering if I really want to change.

I know work at a hospice center. While I like what I do most of the time, there can be a lot of stress, with families who do not get the whole picture.

Even though the previous job stressed me out I loved what I did. I made great friends some who still work there and I loved the patient population and really felt like I was making a difference in peoples lives. I have been gone from there for 4 years and since I left they have had 2 other nurses quit for the same reasons.

What would you do?????????
