Yes I've been told to bring a book to this job. I think it's going to be a real good fit for me. And I won't have female generated drama since these workersare predominantly men. I go out tomorrow to orient.
It's a real part time gig, good for semi-retirement. It's an hour drive, 12 hrs shifts. That is all where the Microsoft infrastructure facilities are that they are building. I have my PPE already, which consists of a hard hat, a fluorescent jacket, and steel toed boots. I did a little contract at one of these sites already so I kind of know a little bit about it.

Any insights into occupational medicine nursing? This is at a construction site for a Big Tech infrastructure plant. Mainly I will be working with tradesmen. I've been told that there will be a lot of downtime and to bring a good book.
