Hi all...I didnt get in for the fall but I am trying again for the Spring 2011...just seeing who else is trying for Spring...I am more excited this time because I have more points this time and if it is about the same as it was for the fall I should get in with out a problem :D

I have: 17pts, and 3.25 GPA

Hello! I am also applying for spring 2011.. Im kinda mad though because they wont except the NET anymore and now I have to miss class and take the TEAS next week :/.. But as long as I get a good score I will have 18pts and a 3.0! Hopefully that will be enough.

You should be fine, its not to bad...be sure to check your math placement tests too as they have changed the requirements for that too...it cant be the accuplacer score you have to take a new math placement test to get the point...good luck to you im sure youll do fine and sure to get in with 18 pts :)

oh and you do know that the applications are due on Friday right? so next week wont work to get the points for the teas test

Yeah.. Im taking the teas on thursday and they said the scores will be ready right away so I think that should work. Do you know if an act math score will work?

yeah you get the score right away then have to get an official printout of all your scores...that might take 24 hours ?? the act math will work as long as the scores arent to old ( i think within the last 5 years) it says what you have to get to get the points for act in the application i think its like a 24 or something

Yay! So I took my test today and applied with 18 pref points. :) So we will probably in nursing school together next spring!!

welcome to the waiting game, i hope they hurry up with the verification so i can make sure they got my points right...may be we are the only 3..haha...that would be nice though..

Thanks for the welcome! Hope we get that verification soon, it should be any day now. Hopefully no later than this week. All this free time is killing me! Not used to it! LoL
