Wanted to start this thread for anyone applying to the summer 2020 BADNAP program?

Just need to take the TEAS!

Hopefully not too big! Im getting nervous that i wont get in. I got a 74 on the TEAS and have a 3.2, but i'm currently in Micro and PHYS.

I am nervous too. I hope I get in. I am applying to the traditional program as well.

Slight panic. I have sent nursing CAS my updated transcript for my A nutrition. They should have received it by now but it's not showing for transcript approval. What should I do?

When did you send it in? This happened to me and I messaged the school who was suppose to send it and they hadn’t. I would do that and then if they say they sent it over two weeks ago I would email or call nursing CAS to see if they know where it might be.

On Monday Jan 27th I happened to look at the OCCC nursing website thinking I had all the time in the world to apply. I saw deadline is Feb 7th so I'm making a mad dash at getting transcripts sent on time (hating that I attended 5 schools!!!)

I wasn't anticipating the quick deadline so I have not studied for my TEAS, but I am taking it on Feb 5th. I've got ONE week to cram....

I'm really hopeful everything comes together because I am ready to start in June!

I was looking today. It was OCCC. I tool nutrition in an intercession in January. the grade has been posted but I guess the transcript with the final grade got lost. So I paid for rush delivery

Thank you so much! I appreciate that. I know it is rushed so I bought the book and practice test from ATI. I'm going to try to make the most out of this week because I must score over a 70. Book gets here tomorrow and I plan to study all weekend.

I haven't taken science classes in 10 years but studied my butt off. there's some great you tube videos that review everything too. I made a 78 which is good enough to get in

Any tips you can pass on in the confirming completeness? I wasn’t considered Last round due to a school forgetting to send in my transcript after I requested it, so I am very anxious about getting it right this time. Triple checked all my transcript were in lol!

Fingers crossed as it’s almost out of our hands and into admissions!

Make sure they have all transcripts is what I suggest.

I noticed that last year’s summer cohort found out on February 28th (about three weeks after submission)!! Fingers crossed we find out just as quickly. The wait is killing me, I find myself getting anxious and worrying at all times of the day daily! I want this so bad!

hows everyone else spending the wait?

I hope we find out soon. I'm anxious. I'm still teaching in the mean time. I just finished microbiology online through Edukan with an A. They take 45 applicants into the program
