Obtaining licensure after previous revocation

I have a question and I wonder if anyone has specific experience or insight. I had an arrest in CA in 2014 for a non patient related issue that after years of fighting resulted in revocation of my license. I have subsequently be licensed in NV with my RN and NP license since 2019, have had my record expunged, and removed from the MediCal exclusion list. The reason that I got my license in NV is because my lawyer felt the state was fairly amenable to second chances.

My question is this, with the information provided above, is there anyone from other states with applicable experience that thinks it may be safe for me to apply in other states and get accepted, such as in AZ, NM and CO? Are there any suggestions of states if those aren't options. Btw, I do have malpractice insurance and I have never been turned down. I have been an RN for 37 years and a NP for 26 if that's helpful

thank you.

I was always told that once an expungement occurs it is treated as the issue never occurred at all.
