  1. The list is now maintained by data.chhs.ca.gov. Go to that website and see if someone there can help you get your name off the list. Try email [email protected]. Fingers crossed. Lexi
  2. I had a revocation of my CA RN license in 2014 for a non-patent/non-drug related issue. My record was expunged and it was a misdemeanor. I have since been licensed in NV since 2019. I applied for my AZ license since December all requested information. I have reached out, and they said they have no timeline for a response. Does anyone have a different experience?
  3. Have you tried contacting an attorney that specializes in nursing law to assist you? I'm not sure if you already have your license, but there are others that have had action against their licenses and are in the NPDB who are successfully licensed and practicing. Things are case-by-case.
  4. I have a question and I wonder if anyone has specific experience or insight. I had an arrest in CA in 2014 for a non patient related issue that after years of fighting resulted in revocation of my license. I have subsequently be licensed in NV with my RN and NP license since 2019, have had my record expunged, and removed from the MediCal exclusion list. The reason that I got my license in NV is because my lawyer felt the state was fairly amenable to second chances. My question is this, with the information provided above, is there anyone from other states with applicable experience that thinks it may be safe for me to apply in other states and get accepted, such as in AZ, NM and CO? Are there any suggestions of states if those aren't options. Btw, I do have malpractice insurance and I have never been turned down. I have been an RN for 37 years and a NP for 26 if that's helpful thank you.
  5. So update! I just received an email, they will release me from the list, and I will get my letter of confirmation on 10/24/24 and removed from the website in November. I wish all of the government agencies in CA worked liked this!!
  6. Hi there, I just wanted to clarify with you. You emailed DHCS and received your removal the very next day? I sent an email in and received the auto-generated email that they had 60 days to reply. Someone has been emailing for the last couple of hours, asking me questions, such as my current address and whether I intend to petition for my license to be reinstated, which I don't, But I just wanted to clarify with you that you received you release the next day?
