Hey there
so I am a dental assistant looking to get into nursing. I have no college experience. I really hate my job/field, but LOVE OBGYN /women's health. My goal is to become an RN, but for right now until I start my school in to become an RN, I want to get out of my job and work somewhere in the women's health field.vmy job gives me bad anxiety. I feel sick in the mornings before work. But this is all I know.
any suggestions on what I can do The Obgyn/ women's health field, considering all I've done is dentistry for 11 years?

First thing I want to address is the anxiety - what about your job gives you such anxiety? Because nursing can also cause anxiety. It can be a very high-stress job. I would be concerned that nursing would cause as much, if not more, anxiety than you have as a dental assistant.
If you're wanting to "try out" this side of healthcare, or find a job working in healthcare while in school, I would recommend taking a nursing assistant course at your local community college, then try to get a job as a CNA. THe courses are typically about a month long, and shouldn't cost more than a couple hundred dollars.
The stress is from the Dentists. They're awful. I've been around a few and they're all the same. (From MY experience). I've been doing this for 11 years and I'm over it. My anxiety is also coming from the fact that I hate coming to work but I have to. they make it known that there "better than us". I just want more independence. I want to feel like I'm actually helping patients. Right now I feel like I'm scamming patients to make the Dentist more money.

CNA is a good idea. Have you considered maybe taking a Doula class if you want to want to be involved in L&D, just to make sure that's interesting to you :)
I he thought about becoming a doula. The only thing is, I have an almost 1 year old, so the on-call schedule wouldn't work. í ½í¸”

I hate to say it but it's going to be as bad or worse in OB. OB, CNM and Anesthesiologists all have a large percentage of condescending obnoxious personalities.
Sorry but that's the truth.
