Pre-printed forms?

  1. For those of you who still have non-computerized charting, what forms do you use? I know that Briggs makes OB/NY forms, but are there other companies out there that you use? We are working on our charting, and are wonding what options are out there.

    Thanks for your replies!!

We use Hollister. They have a huge selection of pre-printed forms, but I find that they are very redundant. We have tweaked some of their forms to cut down on the quadruple charting, but it is a hard thing to do. Don't know if this helps you out.

I also recommend Hollister. JCAHO likes them, too.

We have computer charting but some things are still paper. I think many of our forms we have custom printed, but I don't know who does them.
