I am about to leave for work for the last time at my current hospital. I have worked there for several years and I am going to miss everyone dearly. BUT, the management there SUCKS to put it mildly, it is majorly micromanaged, everyone in managment is passive agressive and on a major power trip (not a good combination.) So I have decided to go to the smaller hospital that is just opening in our town. I am so sad and so excited!!!
