Exactly. This is the first baby, as the question states that she's a primigravida; however if she doesn't get RhoGam, she's going to develop anti-Rh antibodies and future pregnancies could be at risk.
A fetal HR of 162 is normal and trace protein/mild contractions aren't all that concerning in this situation.
