I would call your HR person ... when I spoke to mine yesterday, I had to give him my birthdate and social security number to confirm my verbal offer, then he said today by 5pm, I'd receive the official offer letter.

Also, the official offer letter is nothing we have to sign. It just explains our benefits, salary, etc.

So I think if you confirmed your verbal offer letter with your social security number and birthday through your recruiter, your all set !

I sent a email today confirming that I would be getting it today (i feel like i keep bugging him but oh well) .. I would call him because he said by 5pm they should all be sent out ! And the start date is 4/16. . It says another email is to follow from the onboarding committee that will provide the dates of appointments for us to come in with the location for us to get our physical and stuff.
