Hello I recently applied for a position at NYU, they sent me an email recently saying to complete an online questionnaire or assessment tool. Is that a good sign? Do I have a good chance of hearing back?
Although on the Onboarding site it says to meet at 1 Park Ave, you will actually meet at the main campus 550 1st ave. Afterwards, depending on the schedule they give you, you might have new beginning orientation at 9:30 or at 1:30.
Quick question: does anyone know what the differential rates are and what the specialty pay is? I initially wanted to email HR to ask them but I don't want to get perceived as money hungry or annoying. Just curious. If anyone knows, please do tell.
Hello! I saw a lot of you have went to a past Perioperative interview day at NYU. I am going to an upcoming Peri-op interview day this month for the kimmel pavilion. Could someone please tell me about the day, Questions that were asked, and things that i should expect. Is there a pay difference between the OR and PACU? Anything would help :) thank you in advance!
Hi! I am a new hire starting March 5. I was wondering if anybody had any information on orientation day? Or Jan/Feb hires - how did it go for you? I'm also looking at scrubs to buy and was wondering from past hires what colors ended up working out better (hunter green v. jade) - I saw that this was a conversation in past posts. Any other information would be helpful as well! I hope we get an email soon with some direction...
