NYU FNP Summer 2022

Hi, I'm currently applying to NYUs FNP program for this Summer. Does anyone know the cost per semester or credit and if there are scholarships available (not FAFSA). 

Would anyone know why they don’t release decisions all at once? And did everyone who applied do the phone interview?

I am unsure why, but my guess is that it gives them the opportunity to offer spots to the top students who may or may not attend. In the event that said student decides not to accept then they can then still offer that spot to another applicant within the decision time frame. 
 

I did not have a phone interview, wondering if that means I didn’t get accepted. I also applied to Columbia and they did not do interviews so I thought that was a NY trend. Either way, congratulations that looks like a good sign for you =).

I got accepted on Monday into NYU for Fall and I did not have an interview. Also applied to Columbia and still waiting to hear back!

Thank you for sharing that, I was very bummed about NYU after reading the previous post about an interview. You turned my day around! I am also waiting to hear back from Columbia, I think tomorrow might be the day!

I hope so! I’m so anxious and I was fine until March rolled around but Columbia starts in June and I’d be relocating so factoring all that in is stressful!

Which program did you get accepted in to for the fall? I think only FNP gets the phone interviews.

Yep that’s why, only family NP applicants get interviews!

I emailed admission office in Jan, they said there is no interview for FNP, the decision will be posted mid o late March. Anyone got interview?

I did a phone interview with the director.

Hello, my last letter of recommendation was submitted today & I sent my application 2/28. Can I ask what date you submitted your app & how long until you received a decision? Also, did they offer any merit/funding? I am playing the waiting game now. Thank you and Congratulations!
