NYU: Cultures and concepts

Hello Everyone,

Im applying to NYU college of nursing as a transfer student, I have majority of the classes (Anatomy, English, Electives, stats, Spanish classes). Im planing on taking cultures and concepts:topics this incoming fall and nutrition, micro in a diferent school. Does anyone knows where I can take cultures and concepts aside from NYU?

I want to get in Spring 2015, ill be finished with my prereqs in december does this affect my chances of getting in the program because my application have to be given before november?

I am not sure which program, but usually they always have a policy in place for prerequisite courses still in process and how to submit that with your application. I am in Florida and we are allowed to complete the last semester of prerequisites and still submit our application as long as we submit a transcript showing that the courses that are still in progress are now completed and their grades. This is important for your competitiveness into the program as well as completion of your application.

Make sure if that is what you plan on doing that your application is absolutely complete and have the admissions office tell you if they need ANYTHING. The last thing you want is to be denied over a transcript from a college you don't even attend anymore. Good luck!
