I know, but its one of the best nursing schools, very respected. If you are planning to continue your education later on you will get accepted easier after NYU. Did you applied for the 15 months program as the 2nd degree?

Yes I applied for the 15 months accelerated- 2nd degree. I have all my pre reqs completed.did you get accepted anywhere else?

That's awesome! I need nutrition, but I was hoping they let me take it in Summer. NYU is the only one I applied to... I wanted to go to a med school in Fall but my situation made me change that plan. NYU is the only one that is still open to the applicants, most of the schools were offering admission till Novembr only. I am very stressed because I have no idea what they look at since there is no interview etc. My GPA is 3.68 and I submitted one LOR... I hope it's enough for them to "like" me... I also have volunteering hours as well as a shadowing of a physician, I hope that counts as well.

Did you apply to many schools?

Wow I'm sure you'll get it. I have a gpa of 3.83. All my pre reqs are in. I wanted to get into PA school but that didn't go well. I got interviews and wait list but nothing yet. I have shadowing experience, been working as a CNA for 2 yrs. I volunteered in the emergency room. I sent 2 letters of recommendations.

I applied and got accepted to college of new Rochelle accelerated its 18 months. Columbia masters in nursing I got wait listed. .

I really hope I get in..

No!! You have a stellar gpa and have background experience. We will both get in !! I know they look at each applicant holistically- so that's good!!

I just hope they let us know on the 31st..
