Hi all! Didn't see a forum for the upcoming Spring 2022 start date deadline, so thought I'd make one ? Good luck to all of you applying!! Feel free to post any questions, concerns, stats, etc.

Hey guys! I’ve been a silent lurker since I applied in august. I just got accepted today! 
4.0 in all pre reqs and they were completed before the application deadline. No prior medical background. Previously majored in Fine arts

Hello everyone, 

I am new to the chat but it really is hard to keep the faith knowing that people got their acceptance letters in late October, but I guess we have to remain faithful even when it seems impossible. Good luck to everyone who hasn't been accepted yet! But yes @futurenurse1999 we are waiting to that official rejection letter!

Keep your head up guys , there will still be spots next week. I wanted to see the cost / financial aid difference between NYU and seton hall as I was accepted to both. I will be declining NYU due to harder commute. So I know there will be at least my spot open next week ?

Hey everyone! Hope you're all doing well and keeping yourselves sane from checking your email every 2 minutes for an update from NYU. Just finished my first sequence (semester) at NYU and I thought I'd hop on here to see if students are frantically posting looking for updates like I did when I applied. Everyone needs to take a second and calm down, I drove myself insane looking on Albert/ my email for any updates or changes to my checklist. I'm not sure why they take so long to release decisions. Also for those who applied for the priority deadline, that means nothing. Some people in my cohort applied before the priority deadline and got decisions after those that applied for regular decisions. Not sure why they have priority if they're not gonna give those applications priority. Anyways, if anyone has questions or anything I'd be more than happy to answer! ?

Hello Ericgeex,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this with many of the applicants who are still waiting to hear back. I know exactly how stressful this waiting game can be. So just stay positive and no matter what happens, just keep going and apply again. Persistence is key.    
 

Ericgeex, I have a few questions in regards to the program. Do you mind sharing your email with me please.
