NYU ABSN Spring 2019

I was recently admitted into the NYU Second Bachelor's in Nursing Program, but since I have not finished all the pre-requisites thus applied as a non-accelerated student, I won't start the curriculum until Spring 2019, so I've decided to start a thread for that cohort.

I also made an (early) Facebook group: Log into Facebook | Facebook

I feel as if it seems a little bit negative. I would think more positive when writing the personal statement because that is what schools look for. Also, you were stating how your undergrad work was poor and NYU is not going to want to see that. They want to see that you can handle undergrad work because the program is not easy. Try making the essay more positive than negative. Best of luck.

In the past it has happened on Fridays after around 3-5PM EST.

Has anyone's checklist disappeared and got a rejection?

My checklist is still there, I applied 9/15. Crossing my fingers for some news by today. I called to check again about dates and was told this time that they will be sending out decisions all the way up to the second week of January.

Yeah! Made the mistake of putting all my eggs in one basket last year and didn't get in. So this year I spread them all over! haha
