Hi,
I was curious if anyone was applying to NYU ABSN program for the Spring of 2018! I have a Bachelors of Art in Communication with a business emphasis; I am currently taking prerequisites and applying this summer.
Hey Guys!I recently just graduated from the accelerated program at NYU so if you guys have any questions feel free to ask!
Hi,
Thank for posting. I have a friend in the program and I know many people don't always disclose their actual stats before getting into the program, I was wondering if you could give us some insight into who they accept. Like I've heard the whole " yea they look at the application holistically," but do they? Like whats the range of students accepted academically? All they all 3.8-4.0? Do 3.3 and lower get in? Also I heard that a lot of programs gives students a couple of weeks towards the end of the program to shadow a nurse, is there an equivalent at NYU? How did you personally like the program? Positives? Negatives? Tips that might help us once we get in the program (God willing lol).
Hi everyone!
I will be applying to NYU for Spring 2018 as well. I have completed all of my pre reqs (I think, live in Texas so I'm interested to see if my stats class will transfer) and planning to apply before the priority deadline. I will probably have a lot of questions moving forward so don't be surprised if you see me comment quite a bit. Good luck to everyone!
Hi! I just submitted my application for Spring 2018 today. I'm thinking my official transcripts and letters of recommendation will arrive in the mail within the next week and a half. Already feeling quite anxious! Did anyone have trouble staying under 500 words for the personal statement!?
Hey! I will be applying as well:) Does anyone know that if we apply for priority, will we find out our decision earlier? Like in September?
At the information session that I attended I was told that priority applicants don't necessarily get a decision before regular deadline applicants. I think part of it has to do with the fact that your applicant is not reviewed until all of your documents (i.e. official transcript and recommendation letters) have been received by the admissions department
