Hey, this is super duper early but I figured we could get some questions, fears, or concerns talked through until March 1, 2021, for priority or April 1, 2021, for the regular decision to NYU's ABSN 15 month program for non-nurses. Please don't be afraid, Please share stats if you are comfortable doing so. It really does help cohorts after us figure out strengths and weaknesses to be better applicants. Hey, after all, It's all about helping each other out at the end of the day, right! Don't be shy, talk about where you're from and things you may be worried about for the application process. As well as other schools you might be applying for!
Do we think they're gonna reach out to us today or wait until Friday since offices were closed yesterday? I know some people have taken a look at previous threads for other semesters.
I just heard back today - got an email at 2:17 PM! I had thought it was only Monday's and Friday's as well, so I wasn't obsessively checking my email today. So my best recommendation is to stay patient! Good luck!
Hi guys, I had called admissions about a month ago asking if any pending pre-reqs we were still working on needed to be completed by a specific date for the Fall and was told that they just needed the final transcripts in before registering for classes. In the welcome info I'm seeing that they ask for all final transcripts in by July 1st (in one part - but then in another section I'm seeing Aug 1st deadline). I called again today and was told there isn't a hard deadline, but I am still working on Chem so wanted to see if anyone has come across anything similar. Just wondering whether I should full court press to get it done or whether to take my time and get a better grade. Thanks for any insight!
Hi everyone! I got my acceptance yesterday (April 20th). I created a FB group so it's easier to chat about the upcoming year! I couldn't find one for the upcoming fall so I figured I'd make it. The group name is NYU Accelerated Nursing Fall 2021.
