I decided to start a thread for the NYU accelerated nursing program since I have not seen one for fall 2018:)

How many prerequisite are you missing? And when did you apply... I applied pretty late so I think that's why I haven't heard anything back

when did you apply? I applied slightly late as well, March 29.

i will have all prerequisites completed by July 1. I am currently taking Chemistry and Anatomy and Phisio II and will be taking Pathophysiology this summer. I don't think NYU is going to accept my chemistry because i'm taking a nursing chemistry right now at Adelphi University. I applied October 27. How about you?

when did you apply? I applied slightly late as well, March 29.

I submitted everything by March 12! So it's been about a month and some change! I don't have many prerequisite but I read online that I can take the first semester to complete them! I'm hoping I can take a few in the summer too! I have a lot of different experience and 2 really good recommendations so I'm hoping that helps a lot.

did anyone here apply to the non bachelor's program?

I appied non accelerated. But I am taking Micro and Developmental psychology now. They emailed me that they have to move my application to accelerated program otherwise I would not be considered

my stuff wasnt received till about a week after so technically my application wasnt considered "complete" till about April 4. I am taking my last prereq right now, Developmental psych (lifespan). what are your stats if you dont mind me asking?

What do you mean it wouldn't be considered?

"I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out because we are in the process of reviewing your nursing application and noticed that you have completed the 7 prerequisites for our accelerated program.

As such, we will need to move your application for consideration to our accelerated program. Please let us know if this is okay or if you would no longer like to be considered."

That's the email said. I think they would reject the application.
