nyp queens or nyu long island as a new grad

Hello everyone,

please I need your help,I got two offers for the above company and am very undecided about which one to go with,nyp queens is an 1199 union position(med surg orthopaedic) and the base pay plus night differential is about 102k/annual,WHILE nyu longisland is a med surg vent and non union and base pay plus differential is about 4k more.I live in long island and commute for nyu is about 35 mins and nyp queens about 50 mins,does any one currently work in any of these hospitals,please can you share your experience/advice,Is there anything I should know before accepting?

nyp queens is not magnet and nyu long island is magnet.

please any advice will go a long way,thank you.
