dolphin1213 May 10, 2015 I heard bad news from the school and they may not have a program this year, so I want to write a letter to the principle to help keep the program alive. 0 Likes
madame05 May 14, 2015 Hey,I called the manhattan site today and they said they know for sure there will not be a LPN program at their site for sept. 2015 but they are not able to say the same for the brooklyn site. I called brooklyn site after and spoke to the assistant principal and she said no update, the program is still pending fundings availability. 0 Likes

madame05 May 15, 2015 They basically said they lost fundings for the program at that site. I am upset that they said nothing about this until February but they nevertheless continued to test and recruit applicants. How can they make students apply to a program that is not guaranteed to exist. 0 Likes
mslady464 May 16, 2015 Wow! So does that mean that they wont even schedule another teas test? 0 Likes
madame05 May 16, 2015 I am not sure about that. You can call and find out. I didn't know they were still testing. I thought they stopped in March. 0 Likes
baobei May 18, 2015 If it happen,it is unfair for us after all the preparation that we have done.this is excellent program. I wrote email to mayor and the chancellor ,also to the governor,it is important not to let the program close, please keep fighting. 0 Likes
madame05 May 19, 2015 Yes we should fight for the continuation of the program. Not all of us can afford and this program allowed us an opportunity to move up the ladder of success without graduating with debt. And it is much shorter than most LPN Program. 0 Likes
