NWFSC Nursing Program 2017

I just finished my application yesterday. I was looking to see if anyone else had applied and what their overall scores were. 👍🏻

I was thinking about that, but I have limited availability. I have a 5 year old and a 2 year old and no help :( daycare is expensive, so I have to stick a bit closer. Not that nwf is close. Lol

I may give it a try, I actually looked into that and bay minette for faulkner state, but we'll see.

I understand :/ I have 3 boys. Luckily only the 3 year old has to go to daycare and he will start VPK next year (fall 2018). My 3 year old goes to the CDC on Niceville Campus right now and I absolutely love it. It is not cheap by any means but the rates are better than any of the other daycares i looked at. Niceville also has a lot of scholarships they offer so if you get in make sure you apply for them!

I've looked into them, hopefully we get in. I've heard of a lot of people that failed the a&p part of the hesi, in a selfish way that gives me hope that there might be a spot for me, too. Lol

In navarre i've seen duck duck kids that they have hourly rates, and hopefully my husband's schedule can work with mine í ¾í´ž

I need to stay close too because I have a 1 year old. But think positive , just wait until April !

I know, I've been trying to stay positive, but then I start feeling anxious about the whole thing. Even though I am far, far from ever achieving perfection, I strive for it, and I feel I will let everyone down including my husband if I don't get in. lol, go figure. :p

I stumbled across this thread today, I applied for entrance into the 2017 Fall semester at NWFSC as well. Has anyone received any word on a possible time line for acceptance letters to be sent out?

I emailed Kathy McNair on 1 March 2017 and she stated that she would be sending out an email in regards to a time line. I haven't received anything but I keep checking my email daily. I know they estimated April time frame but Ik last years candidates found out around this time. I am just really anxious and nervous about finding out.

Haven't heard anything. Kathy told me mid-April. The wait is killing me. What did you get point wise, like overall?

I have 92 overall points.. I hope it will be enough to get in. Do you know how they will contact us if we are accepted? Will it just be an email or will they have to send out an official letter? Do you know if they will contact us if we don't make it in?

I believe it's through email. And I think they will let us know either way.

I applied a couple years ago but never finished the actual process of applying. So turning in the quiz and what not. They informed me via email that I wasn't accepted. So either way, they'll let you know.
