I am starting a new thread to track cases from NVC - embassy to GC.
The best news for RN in China, Phillippines and India has been great and informative thread, but I think it is more appropriate and convenient if we start a new thread.
Also with the rapid scheduling of interviews for most of us, I am looking beyond the CP and anticipating the GC!
The August interview schedules are out already in India, and recently in the Philippines and hopefully in China.
Here is my case details

I-140 approved : October 2004
NVC case number : MNL2004813XXX
NVC forwarded packet 3 : April 5, 2005
Packet 3 sent back to NVC : May 3, 2005
NVC case completed : May 16, 2005
Consular Interview : August 29, 2005
Visa received : ???
Date of entry in the US :???
GC receive : ????

so wat did u write in ur updated version? did u still write PNA on it? or u did not bother to write it anymore? what do u think? do u have any medical questions during ur interview? please spare me d details of ur interview if u dont mind..k? thanks so much...im done now wid my medical..i just hav to wait for my interview dis monday...hehehe
Hi Titanium! You must be really exccited for your coming interview--emotions all mixed up, but most nurses i've talked to who had undergone consular intrviews shared that it was not that toxic. More of an appearance and finality of the entire process..Oh well, may God, our director bless you on ur 9/11 interview!
The NVC has received all my documents on Aug.21,2006.(monday) and my case was completed the following monday, Aug. 28,2006. I didnt expect that it can happen so fast. I found out when I called the NVC tru there hotline.
I dont know when can I have my sked for interview. I hope it will happen soon.
heres my timeline:
January 2006 = Offer letter from my employer
February 2006= USCIS received all my documents
June 2006= Approval from USCIS (Vermont)
July 2006= NVC has assigned a case number as well as generated the fee bill
July 2006 = Fee bill paid and NVC sent the biographical data form to my lawyer
August 2006= NVC has received all the documents
August 2006 = Case complete
interview sked=??

You do not ask for it, they will assign you a date and time. On average, it ihas been about three to four months in Manila.

You can check at the Us embassy in Manila website. I just tried it but of course my case number is not yet found on the list (too early, hah,hah...).
ei guys, anyone up for interview yet? my case was finished last july 28, anyone in the same boat as I am? why is it that when i try to contact the nvc, when they ask me to press 1 (and i do that), lots of times the recorded message would say, "i'm sorry, the system cannot understand your message, pls try again." aaaaaaaaaaarrrrgghhhh, it's so frustrating. i give up. i'll stick to email wahahha

Hi lifehouse, mine was completed last July 30 so we're practically on the same boat. I think Kurt has the same date of completion as you. Anyway, I still do not have an interview schedule.
Regarding the telephone error, it's probably your telephone. Whenever you dial, do you hear clicking sounds right after you press a number? If you do then definitely it's your phone. I experienced that a few months back and was fixed after calling pldt hotline. Good luck. Hope we get our interview dates soon. :wink2:

Hello penpaper and lifehouse,we're in the same situation.we're just waiting for our interview schedule.mine was approved last August 4 (few days behind from you guys:wink2: ).I hope we will have our sched soon as in very soon:wink2: . BY the way,does anyone knows when will be the October Visa bulletin be release?
