NVC -CP- GC Tracker

World Immigration

Published

I am starting a new thread to track cases from NVC - embassy to GC.

The best news for RN in China, Phillippines and India has been great and informative thread, but I think it is more appropriate and convenient if we start a new thread.

Also with the rapid scheduling of interviews for most of us, I am looking beyond the CP and anticipating the GC!

The August interview schedules are out already in India, and recently in the Philippines and hopefully in China.

Here is my case details

Category : EX Schedule A

USCIS receipt : April 2004

Processing Center : Vermont

I-140 approved : October 2004

NVC case number : MNL2004813XXX

NVC forwarded packet 3 : April 5, 2005

Packet 3 sent back to NVC : May 3, 2005

NVC case completed : May 16, 2005

Consular Interview : August 29, 2005

Visa received : ???

Date of entry in the US :???

GC receive : ????

I hope you can also post here your details interview experience.

God bless!

Hi guys, I just read on Hammond forum that there was this person whose friend has a PD of March 2005 but still have an interview schedule on Oct. 24 eventhough October VB cut-off is Jan. 1, 2005. This is good news, means there must be very few cases with PD of 2004 that they have decided to schedule interviews for PD even beyond the cut-off date. Also in trackitt.com, there are only very few 2004 cases that have not yet received their green card(although not all cases are reported on trackitt) but since people with 2005 cases have already received their greencards on trackitt, this must be good news meaning there is a good chance of forward movement of VB for Philippines.

A BIG wow!!! If this unconfirmed reports are true, then it must really be something great for all of us, specially with those applicants bearing pds of 2006-2006. Let us keep our hopes high. I am placing my bet high that PDs will jump to its favorable position come December Visa Bulletin.

Please continue to pray for SPEEDY AMERICA.

Godbless everybody:yeah::yeah::yeah::yeah::yeah::yeah:

Goodluck to everybody. Your time will come in HIS time.

Hi Pretty Neirelle...Congratulations, Im so happy for you and for giving hope to everyone.

Just always remember, this is just beggining of a new chapter of your life...enjoy it. In every chapter there are new challenges. New job, new environment, new co-workers, new culture. Prepare your self and your family. Expect for the worst and hope for the best. US is not a perfect country but it will give you more option. The choice you made is up to you. Congratulations and may god continue to bless you and your family.

congrats pretty neirelle...good luck on your journey and thank you for sharing your experience.

God bless!

Pretty neirelle's case confirms that NVC is indeed scheduling interviews for PD's beyond VB cut-off date... VERY GOOD NEWS. two cases already reported being scheduled in October eventhough October VB cut-off is Jan.1, 2005...Pretty neirell's PD is Jan. 15, 2005 and another nurse reported in hammond a PD of March 2005 but got an interview schedule this October... Hope December VB will cover at least Jan 1, 2006 or even better if it will be beyod Jan 2006.

So if anyone here gets a schedule for November interview, please let us know.

Congrats again pretty neirelle. :dancgrp:

agp_ph is right as well. There has been a few reports who were given their packet 4s who have PDs that are within a few months of the cut-off dates, so those whose PDs are near the cut-off date may want to contact NVC to double check. Nothing to loose to check.

Goodluck to all those w/ 2005 PDs. :saint:

Hello Just some updates...

Pretty amazing that fewsome are getting their packet four despite the fact that their PDs are beyond the cut-off dates posted by the NVC through its monthly Visa Bulletin.

1.) Our blessed friend PRETTY NEIRELLE got her packet four and got her visa on hand. She has a PD of January 15, 2005.

Significance: 14 days after the cut-off date ( January 1, 2005 )

Comment : Happy for you. Congratulations again.

2.) As reported in Hammond Blog, there is this applicant with a PD of March 2005. Went home to Philippines to present himself before the consul for an interview this coming October 24, 2008.

Significance: Again, PD is beyond the October2008 cut-off date.

3.) A friend of mine with a PD of February 2005 had just done with his interview last friday at Singapore US embassy.

Significance: Again, PD not yet current, but got interviewed.

4.) Frus from Hammond with PD of March 2005 already got his packet 4, and scheduled to be interviewed on November 13, 2008.

Significance: Wow, too early to be scheduled. Packet 4 sent out even before his PD becomes current. Thank God.

5.) My former collegue buzzed me up this morning, saying that his friend got his packet 4 already, when asked what is the PD of his friend, He answered December 2005. I dont know how true is this, still I have to check it out and make it sure. If this is true, then this is a very very good news for people bearing PDs of 2005.

Please continue to pray...this time, ever harder. Godbless

wow! this is a really good sign for all of us... thanks for posting this...

Congratulations!:yeah:I hope the PDs keep moving in the coming VBs so that all of us can post and share our success stories...may this thread be filled with positive testimonies in the coming months...:) God bless us all....
