clinical manifestations are the signs and symptoms of the disease while clinical presentations presents the whole package of the disease process including history, physical examination, laboratory tests etc.

so a reduced cardiac function is a clinical manifestation of heart failure and the heart failure is a clinical manifestation of the cad. the murmur is both a manifestation of valve regurgitation and a symptom when you grade how loud the murmur sounds.:p

maybe. heart failure certainly causes reduced cardiac function-- that's sorta the definition of "failure." their shortness of breath, wet chests, and lower bp are all the clinical signs, manifestations that you can observe.

some people with cad don't have decreased cardiac function...yet. so they show no clinical manifestations of disease, even though they have a disease.

a murmur is a clinical finding, a manifestation of valvular disease, but in and of itself isn't clinically significant. if that murmuring diseased valve is causing a hemodynamic change (low bp, for example), that would be a example of another clinical manifestation of valvular disease.

the definition of "manifestation" right out of the dictionary might be helpful to you:
