Nursing in Stewart, bc

Hi Guys

Anyone worked in or know anything about Stewart, BC? How many beds has the hospital - I've looked all over the internet, but can't find anything specific.

Toying with the idea of going 'rural' for the rest of my career (maybe another 25 years left!). I've done Emerge, Care of the Elderly, Palliative, Medical and Surgical.

I'm British and been in BC for almost two years. No desire to live in a big city anymore - I've spent my life in them, want to live in the fresh air and look at mountains.

How is it for family life? I'm married with 4 kids - aged 14 down to 5.

Any info greatly welcomed.

Thanks very much.

I believe they have more of a clinic than a hospital. If it's the place I think it is, I received an airlifted R/O MI pt from them last year; he came to us because he was a US citizen. The RN told me they had done an EKG and labs, but had to send him soon because it was after hours, as in no inpatient beds.
