Just curious to know which nursing specialty has the highest pay in Canada.
In the U.S., they have "Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist" aka CRNA.
It's a 24 month Masters program, and the entry level pay after graduating is about $120,000
*note that in 2025, it will change to a Doctorate program*
The Canadian equivalent, as for as I could tell, is the Anesthesia Assistant, a post-diploma program offered by Michener, TRU, and a few others. I haven't figured found how much they are paid, rumors say about $85,000.
Anyone know if any nursing specialties pay higher?
On a side note, does anyone know of any nursing jobs in a business related setting?

.85 means I'm working at 85 percent of a full time equivalency. 100 percent is 40 shifts in a 3 month rotation. I work 34 shifts in 3 months.
.70 means 70 percent of full time. That's about 28 shifts in 3 months.
Within 4 years, I plan to find something that's a .70. That's enough for me.
