Nursing school

I am very nervous about the LPN to RN program I will be starting next month. Has anyone done LPN to RN transition program? If so, what should I expect? I have no idea how the program is set up, neither do I know anyone locally who has successfully finished the program.

Sorry cant say I have any idea, I'm in the same situation. Hoping anyway to start the bridge program this fall. I hope our experience as an LPN will help us though.

I completed an LPN-to-RN transition program that resulted in an ASN degree in 2010. I attended an 8-hour clinical shift every Wednesday and my classroom (theory) days were on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the afternoon from 1:00pm to 5:00pm.

Subjects covered included advanced med/surg, psychiatric/mental health, OB/maternal health, pediatrics, health assessment, and community health. The program was 14 months in duration.

Hi I just wanted to know if the study guide books for an RN program can be used for the LPN program as well. I know I'm getting ahead of myself when I haven't started my LPN program yet but I was curious to see if I could use them since I want to become an RN one day.
