I am in my second year of nursing in an associate degree program. Throughtout my first year I felt I did well despite the wild work, class and home schedules. I have four weeks left of my third semester and it feels like I'm fading fast. I'm mostly upset due to a med error I made in clinical yesterday and my test scores are not as good as they were first year. I have a clinical instructor who scares the daylights out of me and I feel as if my future hangs by a thread every day! I never used to be such an anxious/bummed out insomniac...Any pearls of wisdom on how to chill out and make it through these last weeks!?

Forgive yourself for the med error, hang in Nursing school is temporary and one day you'll look back and wished that you'd enjoy school more, I do........Just dig your heels in and it'll be over soon.

Just take each day as it comes. If you look at the full picture, it sometimes becomes a bit overwhelming... Hang in there! Your almost DONE with 3rd semester..... Congrats..... :-)

I agree with the others. You are so close to the end and you've come so far. Sometimes you just need to step back, take a breather, and relax. Just take each day as it comes, do your best, and ALWAYS smile, even when you feel like crap. Smiling makes you feel loads better. Good luck and congrats on your success thus far. :)
