as with any interview situation dress as formally as you can, pants suit or dress. dress to look well, but conservatively, i.e. nice make-up, little to no cleavage.
they may ask you to answer the questions you already answered to make sure they match up (to confirm that you wrote the paper or at least read it) or you may get a whole slew of new questions. answer them as well as you can, do not make up something if you do not know it, just be truthful, you are a student nurse and not expected to know everything yet.
panel interviews are no scarier then any interview, they generally will take turn asking questions and each of them will be writing during your response. do not worry about what they are writing.
often this sort of thing is just to gauge your response to pressure and to see if your speaking skills equal your writing skills. remember its their money to give away and you want it. you need to impress them with your poise, confidence and show that you will not be a waste of their money, by not finishing school.
good luck i hope you get it.
I loved my panel interview for my scholarship. It was a chance to sit down with about five advanced practice nurses and share the passion for nursing. It was totally not stressful and turned out to be a great experience. Just let your enthusiasm show and you will do fine. They are as much looking to see if you are personable and someone they will want to work with them as much as anything else.
Definitely dress professionally and conservatively. Put on a smile, a decently firm handshake. Bring extra copies of your resume on good paper just in case as well as contact information for any references, even if you have already submitted them. Look everyone you meet in the eye and maintain good eye contact throughout the interview with each person who is talking. Sit tall. Answer questions as if you are happy to be there and excited to share your ideas. And don't forget to read up on the company. Know their mission statement and do some research on what press releases they have had lately etc. Use all this information to have some questions prepared for them.
Good luck!

I have a panel interview for a nursing scholarship Thursday morning and my first questions is what should I wear, how should I dress. I'm not sure if I should go dressy-causal or dressy such is black pant suit? Also I have never had a panel interview for a scholarship and can't imagine what questions they will ask since I had to answer the question below on the essay I submitted with the application. If anyone has went through the panel interview before or has some advise on additional question they will ask please let me know. Thank you in advance.
Questions that I had to answer in my essay:
Why did you decide to major in nursing?
What do you plan to do when you complete your nursing degree?
Why do you feel you should be selected to receive a scholarship?
What strengths do you have that will assist you in being successful in the nursing program?
What challenges, obstacles, or weakness exist that may have a negative effect on your performance in the nursing program? What plan do you have to overcome these?
