That totally depends upon the nursing school. In my opinion, it is a gamble to take pre-reqs without knowing exactly which program you plan to attend. You can never be 100% certain that a nursing school will accept any other school's credits.

Although I agree with the previous poster, you will also most likely have to take microbiology (with or without lab) and at least one chemistry with lab. Some programs will also have you take stats. Beyond those basic classes, you'll have to research the programs you'd likely apply to for additional prerequisites.

Generally, you would also need chemistry, microbiology, nutrition, algebra, probably a statistics class later.
those are the ones that I can think of right now. You should definitely contact your local schools.

Check your school's website and talk to one of their nursing advisers.

Check with programs you are interested in. I found that the pre-reqs varied so much from school to school that I kept an excel spreadsheet to keep them straight. The only ones that overlapped for all programs I was interested in were:
English 101, Microbiology, A&P 1 and 2, and General Psychology
My spreadsheet had a lot more programs on it then I ultimately applied for but it was a useful tool for prioritizing coursework, and it felt good to check classes off at the end of each quarter. Once you know the required courses check to see if any of them have pre-req courses to complete, and then use that to start building a course plan.
