I am going to school for my ADN right now.. but when I graduate from the program my science prereq's will be past the 5 year mark! ( meaning I took them 5 years ago )
Does this mean I have to retake them ... or can I go to my RN to BSN program without having to do that?

you can go straight to the RN-BSN school.
I started the RN-BSN part time in 2008 fall, and my science classes were from 2002&2003
I went to public state university comming from a public community college.

It all depends on the college. The public college I go to accepted all my classes from the early 90's, whereas the private college I considered wouldn't accept them.
Contact the college you are interested in attending and ask them what their policy is on accepting classes towards your degree.
