Hello,
This is my first time posting a thread on here so I am hoping I will get some well needed responses. I am currently a LPN trying to finish her RN but at the present time am having a bit of a hard time with this career. I love helping others but really feel like I need a change. I wanted to know if anyone can please help me figure out what other opportunites there are for a RN with a ASN. I do not want to wear scrubs anymore and I think I want to go into more of the buisness part of it. But like I said before I am really not sure what I want to do. I just don't think that floor nursing is for me and I don't know what I can do with my degree. If someone can help lead me in the right direction I would realy appreciate it. thank you.

Look into insurance claims and pharmaceutical sales - I've heard of a lot of RN's who go into those areas. The pharm sales is good money, too!

Recently, I was on a flight going to Phoenix and the woman sitting next to me was a pharmaceutical sales rep who had her BSN and she was telling me how much she loved her career in pharm sales. I don't know if all pharm sales require BSN degrees, but it would be something worth checking into too. She also said the money is FANTASTIC!! OH AND THE BENEFITS!
