Confused about EC study guide for Reproductive Health

Nursing Students Online Learning

Hi,

I am confused about which study guide to use. There are three different study guides, Reproductive Health, Maternal & child Nursing (Associates) and Maternity for Nursing. Which one do I study from? They all say to use if you are testing before September 2009.

-Thank you,

Traci

If you are in the EC nursing program you use the first one. The other two are for people who need tests for other institutions or other reasons. Look closer and you will find the distinction. The one you need will be listed on the pubs page in the list for the EC program (there will be a total of, I think, 8 tests). Also, the others are in a different place on the list on the back page of the guides. If you are still confused, then place a call to the EC advisor on Monday. They will be glad to help you.

For the EC nursing program, the one that says Reproductive. The two that say Maternity are for other situations. That should make it easier for you.

Specializes in EMS, ED, Trauma, CEN, CPEN, TCRN.

"Essentials of Nursing Care: Reproductive Health" is the one you need. The others are exams for credit for other programs, not EC's ADN program.

Specializes in none.

HI I just signed up with the excelsior program and studying for Micro prior taking the nursing portions. Any tips for success will be helpful. Thanks.

I also new to Allnurses and I am having the worst time figuring out how to post questions, HELP.
