i just got my unoffical eval and I "may" have to take 2 semster hourse in LifeSpan Development, they have a note on the bottom to review 2 classes from my previous college upon enrollment, hopefully those go through. Do you think I should just enroll now? or take some tests first then enroll??? and how do I know If i can take exams and what exams. Thanks for your help

So, how long did it take for you to get it and did it come in the mail or was available first on the website? I am getting really antsy and I want to move forward. They got my transcripts on the 18th of May, but they say it should take 6 weeks. I have already taken health safety and I just want to enroll so I can finish.

Ok enough about me - congrats to you on getting started.

I tested under the old curriculum. If the rules haven't changed, and you are an LPN, you can take the first exam without enrolling, the second exam is waived for LPN"s then you must be enrolled for the remaining exams. The idea is to get them done within a year of enrollment so that you don't have to pay the $400+ annual fee.

You will be enrolled in the new curriculum. If you want to get started, you can download the EC Content Guide for Essentials of Nursing Care: Health Safety. Like said above you are exempt from Essentials of Nursing Care: Health Differences if you have a current LPN license. You should enroll before you are ready to take the 3rd class- Essentials of Nursing Care: Chronicity. Good luck with your studies.

I applied on 4/30/09, they received my transcripts on 5/07/09 and I got my unofficial today 06/11/09, so about 5 weeks from receiving my transcripts. I am just going to enroll now anyways because I want to see if they accept my other two classes for teh Lifespan Developmental credit. Thanks
