i can suggest a web site for information on the neurological system. that would be http://www.fpnotebook.com/index.htm (family practice notebook). if you do a search of that site (search box is in the upper left just below their logo) for the particular neurological condition or diagnosis you are wanting information on, links will come up for you to narrow down the information you want. the reason i like this site is because when you get into information about disease conditions or certain non-specific symptoms, you will be presented with an outline of the causes, pathophysiology, diagnostic tests and medical management for the conditions. that information is always very important in helping develop an understanding of a condition and developing a care plan. you should also be making use of your a&p text and nursing texts to help you find information on this subject. additionally, your nursing textbook may have (or should have) an on line student help web site for you to log into. the information on how to do this should be somewhere in the front or very back of your textbook as a note from the publisher. ask your instructors if they have asked the publisher for their students to have access to this site or contact the publisher of the textbook to find out what you can do to get access into this site. at these textbook on line student help websites are, among other things, internet links to information that is specific to the subject areas covered in each chapter of the textbook. they also, generally, have little quizzes and games to help you master the information in the textbook.

this is a forum that is all nursing students that was a runoff from allnurses.com. You can find lots of helpful information and files here. We are all nursing students that belong to the group. Good luck

Do you mean you want some guidance on what to put in you CHARTING regarding neuro status? The links suggested seem like good neuro texts but from your question, maybe not what you were asking for?
