Nursing Jurisprudence Course

Hi everyone,

I have been ordered by the Texas BON to take a course in nursing jurisprudence. Does anyone have any recommendations? I live in the Austin area.

The BON has a course online. $25. Look under the Continuing Education section

Be cautious about who provides the course. If it is not approved by TNA you run the risk of the course not meeting Texas criteria. Health.edu (thru Texas Tech) offers a course too, if you have access to that.

phes, (professional health education services) south houston area but does do program in other cities....they have a website
