nursing journals to subscribe to?

Hello nurses,

I'm currently and LPN working in a LTC facility on a dementia unit. Don't get me wrong I LOVE my job but sometimes I feel like I'm loosing some of my skills that I don't use on a daily basis (anyone else ever feel like that?) Anyway, I'm interested in subscribing to a nursing journal to stay more up to date in the nursing world. I'm not sure where to start. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

Go to Lww.com and browse through the journal section. I subscribe to nursing 2012, its the most broad and covers various topics. I am also interested in OR so Isubscribe to OR nursing and the journal of hospice and pallative care( I am also hospice nurse). I hope this helps :)
