Welcome to AN! The largest online nursing community!

We are happy to he;p with homework but we won't do it for you. What do you have so far? Is this a real patient? Were you given these nursing diagnosis? or did you develop them your self? Do you have a care plan/NANDA book? Which one do you have?

you need to consider how each of these affect the patient physically and mentally. You need then to consider how you can lower the risks and how you evaluate to be sure they are not occuring or, if they are, what do you do about it?
