I have the following nursing dx and desperatley need interventions:

risk for injury and risk for infection

with 5 year old in a daycare setting

can u please help?

you need to consider how each of these affect the patient physically and mentally. You need then to consider how you can lower the risks and how you evaluate to be sure they are not occuring or, if they are, what do you do about it?
