Okay,

So you say that the "seed" has been planted... Well my friend, you have the ability to water it and increase your stress, or cause it to "die from dehydration!" Nursing school is definetly stressful; you'll meet many seasoned nurses, and go through many instructors. Some will be encouraging, others... Not so much. Having been a nurse for over 20+ years (Don't know how I did it, as I'm only 29 - LOL) and as a Nursing Instructor myself, I believe your key to getting through school is being well prepared. Yes, you'll have questions, but having the ability to have life experiences under your belt actually will benefit you in the long run. Many younger nursing students lack real world experience and thus, you do, and can, bring alot to the nursing arena. Don't give up.. If it is your dream, keep it alive.

Yeah, haha, starve out the negative, water the positive!!

I heard this story, an Indian boy asked his grampop why people are the way they are. The grampop said that every person has inside him a good wolf and a bad wolf. The boy asked, which one is stronger? The grampop said, Whichever one you feed more.
